Thank You Message (May 12th)

Dear friends, Strabologna is over, we made it!

We’ve reached 100 % of our fundraising goal and we did it 2 days before the race! Knowing that, we’ve also completed our first race symbol of our run to fight cancer.

THANK YOU for your generosity, your donations and messages of love and support (so important and very much appreciated!).

Running with you has been a great experience...and a great pleasure!

The funds raised so far cover early diagnosis check-ups for 50 women who cannot access the national health system or cannot afford the cost of specialized clinical exams.

We are already making contact with some partner organizations to respond to community needs.

€ 1,500 will cover 50 specialist clinical exams with pap test and colposcopy to prevent cervical cancer.

But we won’t stop now ! We receive so many requests from women - and not only! – in need that we wish we could help them all!

After our first race, we’ll keep running to double the goal! 
Next step: August 20th, in San Francisco for the Fog City Run .
